Sensitizing the young Ph.D. scholars about research misconduct is my primary concern. There are many Elements of publications and research ethics that couldn’t be an easy task to transfer their meaning in one day. But yes we can sensitize our young generation to make aware of the impact of research misconduct on science and obviously on the scientific community and society. In this series, I have shared my views and experiences with young research scholars, being an editor and open access journals publishing in an event that was organized by the Department of Public Administration at Panjab University Chandigarh (in collaboration with HRDC). It was a 3-day workshop for Research Scholars on the theme “Research and Publication Ethics’ from June 6-8, 2022. 36 Ph.D. research scholars were from different departments of the University. It was very well planned and successfully organized by the department and organizing team members. The scholars remain curious to know the facts and always benefited from such Workshops. Thanks to Ma’am Dr. Bharati Garg, Dr. Bhavna Gupta, and Prof Ramanjit Grewal Johal Ma’am for their kind support.
